San Diego Waterfront Park- General Admission

About

Have a splash! Welcoming residents and visitors alike, Waterfront Park is the most significant waterfront open space in downtown San Diego.

The historic landscape and landmark County building form the park’s center, while an interactive splash fountain extends from the building and into the park defining a large green lawn area. View fountain safety tips.

The park also features an innovative play area, intimate garden rooms, benches, restrooms and several picnic areas.
The Park can accommodate special events of many sizes, including concerts, festivals, farmer's markets, birthdays, anniversaries, and active or relaxed family recreation. It’s also an ideal venue for a bayside wedding in downtown San Diego - and often hosts the County's first Summer Movie in the Park each year. Want to hold an event at Waterfront Park?

Waterfront Park is a smoke- and alcohol-free park. Alcohol is only allowed when appropriate permits are obtained.
