Transport yourself into the natural wonders of Old Florida while you paddle from Wekiva Springs and up Rock Springs Run. Afterwards, enjoy a swim at the spring head. Finally, explore a beautiful ecosystem on an hour long guided horseback riding adventure.
We often observe deer, fish, turtles, birds, and other interesting animals on our adventure!

The crystal clear waters are 72 degrees year round! If you are experienced at paddleboarding and kayaking or if you want to learn how to SUP, Stand Up Paddleboard, this is your chance!

Pack a lunch or enjoy the tasty snack bar.

The guided horseback riding tour portion of this tour is approximately 20 miles from Wekiva Springs. We will provide you with directions and instructions for this amazing part of your adventure.
Please note: The horses at this facility can only accommodate individuals 260 pounds or under. Also, riders must be 6 years or older.

About
This is a beginner and family friendly adventure. This activity allows you to safely enjoy the clear, crisp water of one of Central Florida’s most beautiful and thriving ecosystems on a paddleboard or kayak. The water at this spring is incredibly clear and the scenery is amazing.

As you paddle and horseback ride along miles of this lush tropical forest on your exciting journey, you could see deer, fish, turtles, an incredibly diverse population of birds and on very rare occasions, manatees. We can’t guarantee what you will see because mother nature does what she wants to do. We can guarantee that it is an amazing experience.

Your experienced guide will make sure you are safe and successful in this hidden oasis. Halfway through your paddle adventure, a light snack and water will be provided for your refreshment.

At the conclusion of your guided paddle tour, you will be able to enjoy time at the spring head where you can swim in the clean, clear waters of the swimming area. Picnic tables and a snack bar are available to you. The horses are amazing and well trained. This is your day! Event Fee includes:
-Experienced and fun guide
-Paddleboard or kayak, paddle, and safety

What you should wear:
-Bathing suit or workout attire for the water portion
-Close-toed shoes and pants for the horseback ride
-Hoodie or Jacket if it’s chilly

What you should bring:
-$4 State park entrance fee
-Sunscreen, hat, sunglasses
-Towel and a change of clothing
-Cash to tip your amazing guide
-Your lovely smile

Disclaimer: Immediately after we receive your booking, we reserve horses for your party. Sometimes the horses have already been booked. On the off chance this happens, you can choose to refund or reschedule this tour.
The paddle portion of this adventure can be refunded with 24 hours notice. The horse portion of this adventure requires 72 hours notice for a refund. Any tours cancelled due to severe weather will receive a full refund.

Guests must arrive for their horseback riding tour 30 minutes prior to their tour time to complete paperwork and get instructions.
