Our guest love the small group size on this tour. You also have a add on choice of a in water guide that will help guide you to the manatees as a bonus the guide will also take pictures and video of your trip. Start to finish the tour last 3 hours. Enjoy a brief nature walk (about 2 blocks each way) where you will begin seeing some of our local wildlife with water view prior to stepping onto our boat meeting your crew as they Welcome you to the Approximate 600 hundred acre Wildlife management area which just happens to be our daily office, as soon as you step onto the boat you are in the refuge and may see a manatee at any time including prior to stepping on the boat, manatees from time to time swim right up to our dock.
Be prepared to be with us up to 3.5 hours, you will have required prep work, you will also be offered snorkel suggestions and best technique so that we may protect our manatees and allow you to receive the most out of your time with these fabulous animals. If you need help or further instructions please ask otherwise we may not know to assist you.
Remember any attention you may receive from the manatees during your experience is the choice of the manatee, if you receive extreme attention then please feel special because you are, the manatee does have a choice. These animals are not trained to interact or show up when you do! Please remember you will enter the manatees habit and prepare yourself and others what be expected of them.
